Warwolf and the offhand Katana are the only things wrong with it really (and not even the Katana if they like Stun add effects..(lol)). If it's night time, nothing wrong with Koga, and the Evasion Torque / Boxer's Mantle / Ungurang are probably for some kind of evasion tanking.

It's all gear he needs really, there are better choice for different situations here, but he's standing idle outside dynamis bastok...
If someone took a SS of my idle gear, i'd be seen as a gimp because I idle in full mp gear +crimson legs

I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but in all actuality he probably TPs in warewolf, boxers, ungar, and that lolkatana. Not sure why he would be wearing defensive gear anyways since he will probably never take hate anyways.
