edit: To further clarify, if you can't get HQ hands/legs, yeah that's fine due to limbus etc, but really there are better options. Legs can easily be replaced with Sheikh Seraweels or Mahatma Slops, but I surely wouldn't use +3wind skill over 8~9 skill unless he's hitting CHR cap (which he isn't with that set-up, even with etudes). He has more than enough skill IF he's merited, but yeah I know I'm complaining about the small stuff. I'll stop, sry :[
