Lets not forget that the 2-3x proc(however much it is) won't ever proc in offhand.
Every Kikoku I've personally seen has had Perdu offhand.

In for the woosh!
Yeah the 3x damage proc would surely outdamage the slight increase on WS damage anyway.

Doomcrak - Aegis
His second relic, grats man.
That's a whole lot of Maat's caps.
That is not what I was told. Wasn't there a lot of proof saying that the cata drain is extra damage?
Well, wouldn't it be fairly easy to test? Find a group of mobs, determine how much their level differentiates (lv55~57, 70~72, etc), find their average HP, and test if Cata's drain decreases their HP further. :O
Cata someone in Ballista, if they lose more Hp than the WS did, systery molved.
Also: WHOOOOSHUUUU cause I missed the fun. T.T
A lot of confusion about Catastrophe. :X
Here's some tests that were done on KI to give you a general idea. (A lot of Apoc Drks post there regularly)

Things to note:
- 25-70% (with an avrg of 50%) of the dmg is converted to your HP.
- You don't get HP vs undead.
- You don't get HP more than the mob has (But you get full dmg).
- It goes through Utsu shadows, but not blink or third eye.
- You get the haste even if you missed the WS.
Wait, what?
Cata ignores Utsu?
Wtftruckbuick?
Kikoku/Yoshimitsu or GTFO
First day I got Apoc I went to Ballista to test it. It's as a previous poster said, equivalant to Blood Weapon. It does go through Utsusemi, but not through third eye. This also applies to non-ballista. (The Mamool on first floor Zhayolm use Utsu: Ni, but Catastrophe hits anyway.) Zephyr Mantle(The Puk Move) is considered blink and can stop Catastrophe.
Cloudius hit all the important points~
Isn't ballista the worst place to test that? Since not everything is equivalent to PvM?

Tell that to him.
