Player was defeated by spiked mob.
I think that's the message I always got..Guess the spikes never kiled me =/

If you kill a mob => then die from its spikes. Not die to a mobs spikes while its alive.

Mob was killed by my final strike, but the spikes for that strike also killed me. I didn't get any exp

Spikes are fucking weird with the delay damage. Always figured theyd be an instant-reflect type thing, but learned the hard way sleep-soloing shit on rdm (the 24h lance sahagin specifically). Pretty much only 1 safe spot to stand, so my stoneskin is going to get hit after every nuke in between the next sleep, since I pretty much have to stand right on top of the guy. I figure, why not throw up icespikes!

Nuke lands, sleep incoming. He gets off a melee hit right before it lands, takes spike damage... which wakes him up from the sleep.

I dont do that anymore.
