BLU and COR are widely played jobs, and I have BLU specifically leveled. If they're going to give JSE to any of the new jobs, it shouldn't be the least played one...

enchanted low level items are fucking win so far, its one thing they actually got mostly right... more cant be a bad thing.

I thought low level shit right away.. but then I remembered how my much I love High Breath Mantle on my 45 NIN. Maybe it'll be good heh.

And that looks like a new leather recipe. Here's hopin' it's something really nice and not just a Amemet with Enmity. (It's fairly good, but no market.)

Actually that would rock. Look at all the Amemets that get sold for like 5k when they go NQ. If they did that you would make money from HQ and if it NQ you convert it to a Really High Breath Mantle. Enmity +8 with Attack +10? I would be all over that. It could be Squares small way of making up for destroying leathercrafters Panther Mask market.

Oh man, the more SE says the more i'm scared shitless about this update.

It always seems when they release a lot of info like this, the patch ends up being HUGE but not about the stuff they released info about.

Kind of like the last one where they added all the new merits but the only thing really cool was the THF buff which no one saw comming.

I can't remember what the rave was 2 years ago, but it was something significant and much hyped and when the patch was actually released we had a RNG nerf out of the blue.

I was responding to the question in the quote. :-p SMN RNG and MNK are 3/15 of the old jobs without a Lv70 JSE, there really isn't a reason to be holding out on these...

To get to the point. Look at all the non-af gear which gives Elemental Magic+, Magic Attack Bonus+ and INT+. Now try to find non-af gear which gives Blue Magic+ or any BLU specific boosts. SMN now has a little more flexability in gear since Summoning Skill will actually do something, but beyond AF, Austure/Penance and Yinyang, there isn't much gear which specifically helps Summoners other than MP+.

Lets not forget that your most powerful weapons come off the AH. BLM doesn't get shit comparred to melee/tank jobs off HNM but at the same time. A BLM can hit up the AH and pretty much cap out with the exception of about 3~5 items where as melee have to have multiple HNM drops/Dynamis Drops to cap on thier damage/tanking efficency.
