FFVI had Dancing Mad, which probably qualfies as my favorite boss theme ever. The Opera House was all right, but honestly I only enjoyed it cause of the crappy synth "voices" in the opera itself.

I absolutely adore yasunori mitsuda's work in xeno series, as well as the xenosaga 3 soundtrack. It's pretty damn good.

A ton of the Black Mages stuff is really incredibly good, as well. I'd say my favorites are Kefka's Theme and Clash on the Big Bridge re-done by them. :D

Go ahead and flame me but all of Nobo U.'s work is pretty fucking awesome to me. Also I like just about eveyrthing else that has been listed. Huge Castlevania fan, if you put the PS1 version in a CD player and go to track two you can here a remix version of Dracula's Castle with an audio intro by the guy who voiced Alucard.

I also enjoyef FFVIII alot now really bring the flames bitches....

That version was definitely the best one of that song, but trying to beat the bastard at level 3 means I can never enjoy it again.

(I did pull it off, btw, took about ten failures and three successes until I got 0 XP. Though I admit watching Mario go 3->11 in one battle was pretty sweet.)

I agree with whoever said OCRemix.org as their choice. I haven't heard a bad song from that site.

Another game's music that I absolutely love are those of ICO and Shadow of the Colossus, honestly, I don't think their soundtracks can be beat by anything but some of the epic FF music. It's so great.

MGS has a sick theme too. I love alot of VG music.
