It actually does use less system resources to reuse models. Textures less so because they change (except for things that are exact like Ridill and Seiryu's), but then it can be as easy as saying I want model X with texture Y.

But like others said it's just as easy on the artists.

Why wouldn't you care about the halloween event? We get free, unlimited-use warp staves out of it in case you missed the last one. Maybe these hats get some useful enchantment on them, too.

reminder to any of you that are trying to get that one item you missed from the previous events - make sure you take out *all* of your halloween items from the storage npcs and make sure they're in your inventory or else the event npcs will give you duplicate items

As lame as it looks, the pic with the blm hat was posted with the Update information. The Harvest Festival isn't technically part of the update. Still, I guess we will wait and see. Here's hoping that these are two different pieces of equipment all together.

I didnt mind too much, since it's JSE, it's when it is AF is what bugs me.

They will, and it'll be CHR+7 and MP+50 without having to eat anything, too.

I doubt that they'd make the glory crown itself the reward. They've already added a very good multi-use headpiece, one which would set a very high standard anyway. Not that the latter point matters with SE, but its worth mentioning.

I am looking forward to the event. I have so many good memories of the Harvest Festival- trying to figure out how to trade to the costumed characters when they were running, then getting the brilliant idea to use the follow command. I miss being a noob. ;_;

I cannot wait to get Halloween stuff for Atumre.

I care more about them reusing the Walhara Turban graphic for mithra without altering it for the ears. Looks pretty stupid. Making a hat that has a shape vaguely similar to the RDM AF hat... uh, big fucking deal. It doesn't even have a feather.
