Fuck Paper Mario and it's shitty emulation of Mario RPG. I remember when they said they were going to make another Mario RPG and I about shit my pants. Then I saw that garbage and about cried.

Anyone found any good controllers for N64 emulating? I really enjoy playing Project 64 on my comp, but I would like to use something other than the keyboard.
I know someone mentioned a PS2 controller, how is this done?
Or like I said any other suggestions?

I prefer emulation over using the real console mainly because you can "Speed up" the game for long/boring cutscenes/animations/text sequences.

for PSX Emulation, get ePSXe. Finding the drivers and stuff is annoying, but it runs great once you get it configured.

For Controllers, I imagine any USB Controller can be programmed to work. If you want to use the "real deal," consider buying a N64/PSX USB Adapter, like this or this (discontinued, maybe you can find it on eBay?

Faranim, that first one looks good but it says something about it only works on Windows 98-2000, is this just because the page might have been published before XP was out or do you know if it works with XP?

There are hacks (loose term) to get the adapters to work with Windows XP, but the software bundled/plug and play won't work with XP.

I used my USB PS2 controller adapter more today and yesterday than I have in the last three years I've owned it. I need to find an adapter that lets me use a gamecube controller on PC. I like it's design a lot more than the PS2 controller.

    Edit:
Found one easy enough. "Magic Joy Box". I guess it was the next logical step up from my "Super Joy Box".

Do a search of the forum for "Step by Step" and you should get a result with a step by step process on how to do it. And it cleared everything up for me. The directions given are horrible and they get all pissy when people ask for help when the directions don't even begin to state what exactly you're supposed to do. But ya search for "Step by Step" and you should get the result with like a 10 step long process on what to do, and then it's really easy from there. Also in that thread is a video link in one of the replies for setting it up. And the video link cleared up some of the issues I was having too. G'luck!
