    That artist does a bunch of pictures using that puppet he created. I remember seeing a series a pictures with it but I don't remember the link. The rest of the puppet pictures aren't as extreme as that one.

    It's a photo by Charlie White. He's an artist who creates photos like that. In that particular series, Understanding Joshua, he uses the puppet as a proxy of a man.
