Perhaps you missed the part about Besieged monsters now having item drops.

The notorious monsters that appear in Besieged will now drop new items.

I really want to know how this one works. Competition for killshotting these things is going to go through the roof if the items are worth it...which means more Besieged people...which is good as far as I'm concerned.
