Nah, wouldn't make much sense with the levels being 20 apart.

My guess is that Multiple Ring latent is level being either a multiple of 5 or 10, and Divisor Ring being a multiple of 3.

+6 acc, +3 atk on a ring, that's too good to actually be useable.

What would be hot is some scalable level cap gear. Make it only work during level capped events and in level capped zones. Then give it decent stats so you can use it in 30 through 60 cap. Then make it storable.

Unforunately, they probably can't find a way to make things only work in level capped zones due to PS2 limitations.
