Yea, I've thrown 3, lol.

Bottom line pretty much is, NIN "should" have throwing capped, its an A- skill that is ridiculously overpowered unless you're a broke NIN at lv75 (shouldn't happen)

Sange isn't even required for throwing to be powerful, but this is just gonna make it worthwhile to all the people who fully merited it (me) because every other merit was capped.

And tool expertise is for chumps.

The Evoker's Gages isn't bad. The Beseiged: part won't matter, but the Leviathan attack bonus looks decent for a macro.

If accuracy isn't a problem, instead of Summoner's Bracers, you can use these for an attack boost. Combine that with AF2 feet and Sacrifice Torque for 3 attack boosts.
