only way I see gaxe becoming useful via hasso is if you can get refresh and rock rune axe in combination with it, you could probably get pretty near the haste cap, but so far it's not an easily seen difference, subbed at least

With Sanction Refresh you get the haste bonus on 50% of your swings [one tick takes the 1mp and you get bonus, next tick no bonus, assuming you have MP from Wally Tturban]

Haven't had a long time to test, but everyone with a capped SAM sub said +5, and every main SAM75 I have talked to said +10.

Haste doesnt seem too great subbed, compared to main, maybe anywhere from 5~7.5%

Now my average is 500-700 damage (capped overwhelm merits)

Mahatma/Errant body for non enfeeble spells, or even freaking Vermy or Dalmatica.

The ONLY piece of wise which is at all worthwhile are the Wise +1 feet, for the most INT possible in a foot slot.
