I'm playing with War/sam at the moment, and Third eye just lasted 5 times in a row before it wore off. It has done this 2 times in a row so far, still testing.

I havent noticed any countering yet, but i would say at least 80% of the time Third eye lasts for 2-3 attacks.

Yeah soloed a bit on my Sam/war, took almost no damage, absorbs 2-5 hits counters pretty often from what I can tell. Fuckin amazing

Now all they need to do is increase Third Eye duration to 10 min, and you have yourself a decent defensive ability.

I guess they sorta forgot that to keep this up, you'd have to be recasting Third Eye every 30 seconds...

I'm definitively glad with that skill. sam/war own /thf any time of the day in xp, but I was always dying in pick up if I was spamming. Gonna help for sure

yeah, you can merit it down 10 seconds

imagine ballista, go Sam/rng to 60 caps. Hasso -> Sidewinder down goes someone then throw up Seigan and beat everyone else up for TP. Its an amazing defensive ability.

Nice job there that can try it out Anyways, the counter rate is pretty decent, i'd say about a 90% chance if not more of third eye lasting multiple times; in conclusion, seigan is pretty pimp.

I guess it wont be -10sec after recast being halved tho. 20sec recast would be overpowered if it can last 3-5hits every time. Well, maybe not that much. 3rd eye doesnt absorb spell
