Sucks for uncapped, but almost all level-capped areas are multiples of 10.

E.g. sexy for some ENMs & BCNM fights.

It's not horrible... but it's not gonna be motivation for anyone to rank up to Sergeant. I replaced an astral ring with it because I only use my mage jobs for level cap anyways.

Stupid theory but divisor ring has 2 latents on it, I doubt both latents have same condition. So levels divisable by 3 = +3 ATK and levels divisable by 6 = +6 ACC. If both conditions apply you get both buffs, like level 30 for instance.
