Don't most people use Bastokan Harness which is a level 15 piece anyway? :b And it gives HP/MP+3, hell yeah.

Only pops on New Moon as far as I can remember, something like that. Good throwing piece for low levels, was pulling on NIN with it.

You caught it at the very end of it's window too. Only pops during New Moon so I'm guessing you engaged at like 23: xx game time and killed 0: xx the next day.
