You should -never- put on an Ace's until after you put on a PCC/Ancient Torque and a Cuch Mantle (unless you are /drg). Since you have neither of those equipped, it is an invalid gearset.

The only real use for Ace's helm is for mobs that have an evasion high enough that you aren't capped accuracy, however, haste is still the most powerful stat in the game, so you should be dropping attack in other slots before you sacrifice haste if you need the accuracy. If you are ~8 accuracy under cap, Cuch Mantle and Turban is better than Ace's and Cerb+1. If you are ~11-12 under cap, use Cuch Mantle and a PCC, and keep the Turban on. If you need 15+ accuracy, then you have a valid use for an Ace's Helm, but it should be accompanied with a PCC and a Cuch Mantle.

Alternatively, if you are /drg, you'll be past haste cap, so with a VBelt and Dusk+1, you can use an Ace's and still be haste capped.

You'd use a Lifebelt for Asuran Fists. Black Belt is awesome but using it for Asuran which I've seen so many god damn MNKs do is fucking stupid.

Edit: Camping a belt also as it's better then a life belt for me seeing as I have 0 H2H Merits so I need as much accuracy as I can get for AFs.

P.S. Birdbanes on Colibri in merits are fucking awesome.

I AFK'ed while at work for 4-5 hours to grab a ToD. No one killed it. I *assumed* the window was already open and the others were just there to leech a ToD as well.

First kill Charybdis popped. FINALLY a blue sword to match my new Atonement! /joy (no pun intended lol)
