When I camped Taisaijin Id kill all 3 PHs and go back 70-72 hours later to see if it popped, if it didnt id kill PHs again. So dumb standing there afk when you know it wont pop. Especially when there can be people who dont like you searching area and seeing what you're doing. Then they come and screw it all up. Also, if this doesn't work, Taisaijin pops 21-24 after maint as long as PHs arent killed.
