HQ HNM can pop after maintenance im pretty sure. I know their timer resets, but their days dont reset.

I'm pretty sure HQ can't pop after maintenance, their days do reset but not to day 1, it resets to Day 3 where HQ can't pop only NQ, the following day HQ can pop. This is how I understood it anyways.

Idk what to say to that, but in all the time I've camped HNM it should have happened and I should have seen it and yet I've never seen it and I've never seen a SS with it happening to someone else either. I've heard stories but never seen proof so don't know wether to believe it or not.

The way I see it is HQ's are lottery spawns from NQ's, so if an NQ hasn't died yet how is it possible for the HQ to pop? Just doesn't make sense to me.
