Nothing fantastic but still worth some discussion I guess.

Sergeant Major ISP items I will have SM by Sunday hopefully and will purchase Chaotic or Priests for shits and begin testing. Has anyone been faster than I in doing assaults and are now able to purchase / test them?

And if any SAM want to try the Store TP+2 one, guess that would be worth it. SAM/DRG in full Store TP + Haste build with Yoichinoyumi got one last night but she is JP so bye bye test results.

Seems to fit with squeenix's latent conditions on similar gear.

/sub is old and overdone.
My guess is latent is activated by 'have that job in party'. Party setups seems to be the focus of SE's updates lately.

Though with recent job changes, seems odd for just those 3 jobs to have earrings. Should have made PUP and DRG ones (assuming I'm correct on this.)

Even with the latent active on that priest's earring it JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. 32k imperial standing for a 8 defense earring with no other stats? I'm thinking if you were going to get that and test it out, you'd be testing for hidden effect, not how to trigger a useless latent.

There are very very few options for +Def in that slot, is what makes it interesting. The others are Esquire's Earring (/PLD) and Soldier's Earring (<20% HP WAR onry). If it does have a decent Latent activation condition, it's at least an option for that slot.

Of course, it's probably an utterly retarded latent activation condition, but that's just par for the course.

And since when have S-E ever made sense? There are some items that are just useless... take the Butachi for example. Incredibly difficult to make, and obselete before it was ever added.

Low HP is old, overdone and annoying as hell but SE keeps doing it. So /sub isn't that far out there.
