What I call my wal-mart PLD/NIN setup, it's fleshing out rather nicely as I work towards my shield. My cerb mantle blew up on desynth and I don't feel right taking another one until all the other tanks have one so uh... 2-3 more kills.

I'd have to ask him on vent, but I think that might be someone else It'd be silly to have the cerb options explained to me seeing as how I'm the shell holder. Think I mentioned it to him that it was able to be desynthed in the first place, friend of mine in another shell mentioned how he was doing it on his craft mule (at the time) and I was like "wait huh, they can be desynthed?"

you'd probably do better with W Turban over Aegish, and Swift Belt over Warwolfs...+9% haste at a loss of +10 Enm, and it looks like you have about +30, you could afford a loss of Enmity for Haste in 1 of those slots

Both Ryko and I (and I'm sure many others) refuse to do visibles swaps while tanking PLD, for the obvious reasons.

The 4 death khimaira special really stung, but I might go back to it now that I have my own personal whm >_> (I was the one healing while we stalled last kill on tiamat lol, when one of the tanks died I had to do both at once... fun)

I need to go grab a velocious and just dump the warwolf. I keep my walahra and swift belt (and dusk shoes) on me but I havent switched it up in a while.

I have never let a blinking tank die; Doesn't mean I always trust the WHM though as my LS has so many people with multiple jobs, you really never know who its going to be until you are basically in battle already.

I personally for PLD have to 2 different .txt files for all macros that could have gear that would blink (1 with all blinks, other with no visible blinks). I simply change those macros .txt files to version 1 or version 2, depending on what I am doing/What support mages I have =/

I always get "/ta "tank name" in my chat long so i can go back to it within a second or two. Usually we have a couple of WHMs at any given event and each WHM gets assigned a tank. I could really care less what the hell the tank does as long as he doesn't spam equip changes when he's getting spanked. Can spam it all he wants when he's doing a simple blink recast.
