Back to the topic of beating Culex at level 14, it might be possible the way I did it, too. Basically, timing your button presses and getting into the rhythm so you always block and do crits. lol

I just kicked my shell at him over and over, blocking over and over, until he died.

You can't block their magic like that. And I didn't do any amazing super jumps either I can never get past like 7.

So guys, I hear hunting deer is very easy. You know, I could go out of my way to get a nuke and blow the entire forest into oblivion, the deer would die in an instant. Yep, hunting deer is easy.

Its all about Battletoads, that was more difficult than TMNT1 for NES imo.
    Fuck you snake level
I've never once beaten a Battletoads game <.<
    No one has.

Well, I did something to avoid getting killed by their magic. I forget what, since its been a long time. But I remember wearing a turtle suit and kicking a shell, and timing blocks/crits, and staying alive that way.

If you wanna cheat just Stinger him with Sparda through the pillars.

And Xaldin (spear guy in KH2) is fucking easy if you stockpile Jump Reactions

I actually died against Xaldin in Normal mode (used Mickey's "save the party" thing) and didn't die against him in Hard mode. I didn't know how to deal with him the first time through, but the second time was mucho easier, despite the harder mode. The key is just being able to avoid his attacks, and get far enough away when he gets out of range and does that wind funnel attack. Getting to the very far right or left walls basically makes that attack null.

Sephie in KH2 was cake compared to KH1. And woot for Kuja. FFIX was a fun game. Sephie in FFVII was totally easy too. Get Cloud 4x-cut, and have Yuffie with Conformer morph a few of those Bull+truck things in Gonzaga or whereever the destroyed reactor is to get some Str boosts. Took Sephie down in 5 minutes.

Ruby and Emrald are tough though, unless you put in the effort to get all the materia's. But the game storyline can easily be beaten with Clouds Ultima Weapon, 4x-cut, Omnislash and a few HPBoosts

Edit: btw, hello, newbie BG poster, longtime reader, and resident lolDrg from Valefor

    Star Ocean 2: Last fight
Yeah the last boss is bad but you obviously haven't been to The Cave of Trials.

Cave of Trials is a virtual world in SO2 where you can get awesome gear and such but once you leave to go back to the real world Indelicio(final boss) is now exponentially harder than she was when you first go after her.

It's bad enough that Indelicio has become impossible but the Cave of Trials is a lot like pushing on a solid brick building and hoping it's going to get easier. Nothing but high lvl mobs and impossible bosses.

    Best:
Okami - Ninetales and The Final Boss (Oni?) If I can, the entire final sequence of that game is one of the best ever. It's the first time a game's made me cry.
Rez - The entire last level was a gaming achievement
Guitar Hero - Bark At The Moon was fun as hell =)
Zelda Wind Waker - Gannon naturally.

A gem: Earth and Beyond: The Controller boss in Blackbeard's Wake. I was in the group that was the first ones ever to kill him. Nothing can top how that feels. Also, being the actual person to discover another of the bosses in the game (Enraged(?) Voltoi) is something no other game has been able to top.

    Worst:
Tomb Raider... the newest one man I can't remember any names tonight - The last boss was a pain.
Guitar Hero - Bark At The Moon sucked until you had played it about 10 times. XD
Kingdom Hearts 2 - Genie Jafar. Bleh. Took way too long.

All I can think of for now.

I dunno if you were quoting me but: I have done the extra bosses in the Cave of Trials, and the extra extra boss you summon from playing that instrument, but the last boss still gave me trouble when I was young.

I gave up for like 4 years without ever completing my main file, and when I tried it again I realized I still had practice on (makes you weaker but you get more exp or something) so I turned it off and kicked his ass. It's weird though cause I beat Iseria Queen and the others with practice on but the last boss still kicked my ass

    Because he's a pimp? >.>;

Really though I'm not sure, I just pulled that picture off the web, not even my game save.

But honestly, FF6 is such a ludicrously easy game if you know what you are doing. With that in mind, I'd say your free to play just about any character you want. I generally make my party consisting of whatever characters I think are cool, which isn't always the same thing as being the most uber.

Although I will never, ever, ever willingly place Relm or Strago in my party. Hate those two idiots.

They're better than Gau or Umaro. Monkeyboy and Sasquatch get to stay on the airship.

Zophar from Lunar 2 was a pain in the fucking ass. Once you actually get a rhythm going though with damaging and killing off a few of the hands it becomes easier. The only problem is that you are literally raising at least one person EVERY goddamn turn because the faggot takes multiple turns at a time.

Setzer is one of the strongest characters in FFVI. Fixed Dice + offering = one-shot almost anything in the game.

Bomber Man 64: The final fight with Sirius if you get the 100 gold cards or w/e was one of my favorite bosses of any game ever. Also the robot in the volcano is a bitch in hard mode.

Diddy Kong Racing: Both of the races with Wizpig were pretty tough.

Paper Mario II: Going down that 100 level pipe thing. The actual final boss of that game was a little bitch.

FFIX: Fighting Trance Kuja and then Necron with only Zidane lol. Ozma was so hard on my friend's file, and then when I played it for myself I wrecked him <.<

    The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time: Beating Ganon with only 3 hearts max. This is my favorite game ever, and I replayed it recently (that was the 3 heart game). I really wanna play Majora's Mask again ; ;

Metroid Prime: The final boss was a great fight. I forget the details exactly but it had something to do with changing the view modes a lot. I never got the 100% clear secret ending thing, I gotta do that before I die or my life WILL NOT BE 100% COMPLETE.

Crono Trigger: Lavos of course! God damn that game was amazing, one of the best storylines ever omg, brings a tear to my eye.

Golden Sun: The Fusion Dragon (final boss). I couldn't even come close to beating this fucker for a while.

Majora's Mask: Word, Joee. I think it was a big mechanical bull and you roll around in a circle through some ice tunnel with jumps and stuff as a goron. Thats a great fight, all the bosses in that game were fucking amazing. Majora's Wrath at the end was pretty climactic even though you could just go Fierce Deity and mash B and win without thinkin about it lol. My favorite part about most games is killing the bosses, and the thing I liked about MM over OoT was that you could refight them ^^.

Zelda (again) Oracle of Seasons: The second part of the boss at the end where it becomes a side-scroller, I kept getting squished ><

Bomberman Hero: Any of the boss fights involving the cat bitch. The final boss was tough, too.

Wind Waker: The final boss fight was cool, but the one I had the most trouble with I think was the thing in the volcanoe that you had to swing around and shit to beat.

FFVII: Big props to Emerald and Ruby weapon, I didn't use any mimic materia or other crazy shit like that to beat them, so they were damn hard. I gotta try that some time, though, lol

Jetforce Gemini: Mizar at the end was a whole lot of fun, but kinda easy. Most of the details of this game are a blur, but I remember the gameplay being nice. If I don't play the game over again some time soon I'll at least read the strategy guide over again :D

Donkey Kong 64: The boxing match with the lizard king guy was EPIC

Dragon Warrior 1: The only thing I remember about this game was how long it took to get to the final boss and how easy he was xD

Halo II: The final boss - he wasn't all that tough, but it was so funny to watch him maul all of your team mates.

FFIV: The animated wall that after a while started to one-shot everyone. I was stuck on him for months lol.

Sonic Adventure II - Battle: Yeah, Final Hazard was tough, but I think I had a harder time with the fight with the biolizard right before that lol. I went from 99 lives to like, 70 on the first lizard and from 70 to 60 on Final Hazard <.<

Wario Land - Super Mario Land III: The fucking genie at the fucking end I fucking hate that fucker! GAWD! I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT THAT LAMP SHIT FOREVER! But getting the houses and shit at the end was awesome lol

Mario Tennis for GBC: Mario and Luigi in the main game in doubles <.< My partner was level 3 when I was 80something, so it was kinda tough >O

Wow, I had forgotten about a lot of these games til I started reading this thread...I miss them D: Gotta hook up my N64 again and borrow some of these games. Sorry if this was a long post but I really loved all these games, so I thought I could bring some reminisence to others ^^. Rest assured, I'll have remembered more by tomorrow
