Mine is similar, except its Locke, Terra, Shadow ( if currently available ), and Mog. Because I just can't resist the moogle.

If Shadow isn't currently available I go with Setzer, because, why not. He's a pimp.

First time I played the game I was all about Sabin, but after the novelty wore off of hitting the exact same combo every single battle it got boring.

My favorite thing to do though is to pimp out Locke's speed with the esper level up bonus, I think its Odin that gives Speed+ right? Anyway haste + genji + offering and watch him go nuts lol.

So many games I've played, heh. One in particular springs to mind though. I've never beat Xenogears, I just couldn't beat the fights against Ramsus and Miang (right after eachother), always when I do beat Ramsus I don't have enough fuel to keep on fighting Miang and eventually I lose.

The Sephiroth fight in KH2 isn't much easier then the one in KH1 apart from the fact that you have a lot more available to you (especially in terms of damage/combos) He always does his Sin Harvest at least once and in KH2 that doesn't just drain your HP to 1 it also drains your MP and you can't use items.

Sin Harvest has always reduced you to 1 HP/MP, even in KH1. You can also use items as well, a well timed Elixer means you can get a full recovery seconds after the attack actually hits.

Naked Snake (Big Boss) Vs Shagohod.

That was a fun chase and battle.

omg yes I love that fight, it is so hard.
The only way to really win is the time Kain's jumps so that he is in the air once everyone is already wiped and can come down for the final kill shot. Or, just grind like hell lol. Love that game.

Yeah, to beat him I went into the underworld place through the volcanoe and into the cave down there that leads to the summoners' town (I think, its been a while <.<). There was some summoner enemy that would always summon a snake that I could one-shot with the main character, and the summoner would always spawn a new snake immediately afterwards. I got all but the main char killed, put a remote on the X button holding it down, and went out to do other stuff while I repetitively killed the snakes. I'd come back and stop the cycle, kill the summoner, and gain like, 20 levels lol. I could solo a lot of stuff with the paladin in the back row, he would only take 0, 1, or 2 damage from physical attacks xD

Yep, that snake-thing tossed Quake- so you could always use Float (in there, why wouldn't you have it anyway?) and ignore it's worst attack. Ding ding ding levelups from heck.

Trying not to be a spoiler o.o (FFXII)

The fight aboard the Shiva in FFXII lol (the fight right after obtaining your first esper). I had Fran in my pt and she goes nuts in a cs and it carries over to the fight. Basch was tanking the main guy while I'm fighting the 3 soldiers meanwhile Fran is shooting her bow for 440 dmg from berserk haha. The point where it becomes a crazy epic fight for me is when the boss uses some ridiculous haste move and starts attacking twice per second while still getting 2-4 hit combos ><! Basch died 4 times, Princess Ass died once, and Fran died twice. It seems FFXII has a number of enemies that go ape shit at 20%. >_>

Kurt Zisa is easy if you use Tinkerbell. She is the key to winning. I did the battle at least forty times as a level 60 (sometimes getting really close to winning and always dying during melee mode) before I thought of using her, then defeated him with a wide margin that attempt. Hardest part is when he goes into the air in melee mode, but you can just go to the wall and hope that it inhibits his movement.

The Phantom is easy once you figure out his pattern, but takes a really damn long time. I defeated him as a level 59 on my third attempt. It's still great in its visual design (flying around Big Ben fighting a good old fashioned phantom... classic), but as a battle, it's yawn inducing repitition. Feels real good when you win that first time, though. Ice Titan is basically the same thing, but even easier. I defeated it sometime between level 52 and 59 (can't remember) and this was with a lot of dumb botches (I didn't even use the bleachers). I could probably defeat it first try at a much lower level.

The two things that I can't do just yet are Hades Cup time trial and Sephiroth. I don't even understand how the former is possible. I only got up to Hades himself (tenth seed) both attempts and this was with what I thought were sound tactics. As for Sephiroth, he is just cheap. He gets me with Omnislash. Sin Harvest (the move everyone hyped up) is pretty easy to consistantly stop with Strike Raid, but his Omnislash is just cheap. How people are able to defeat him in the low fifties baffles me because of that move. I'm also not even entirely sure how to consistantly attack him in stage two (furthest I've gotten thus far was exposing the yellow bar, I think). I've only been getting attacks in via Strike Raid on Sin Harvest and that short window after Omnislash (the 3/4 times I can survive it) because he's just way too damn fast and teleports a ton.

I never even tried the Time Trial Hades Cup, I don't like timed things in games all that much, just makes it feel not as fun. I just did the normal one, and the Sora only one, which is a blast! One of my fave video game fights ever is solo Sora v. Cloud and Squall, fuckin sick.
I beat Seph at like 73, but it was 4 years ago and I can't remember all that much. I remember just doing the flying up to him and air stirke move right as he was using Sin Harvest, and that was the key, keep at it.

really isn't hard if you use the right equipment, I mean, if you could beat Kurt Zisa and Phantom you should be able to handle Hades Time Trial, key moves to use in time trial are Sonic Rush (or something), Thundaga, MP rage and MP haste, give Donald Aeroga (med priority), Thundaga (high priority) and Cure (med priority), give Goofy MP Gift (high) and take loads of megalixers, elixers and ethers.

Thundaga is the key to quick fights.

Billion cookie points to whomever recognizes.

That end boss fight is bizzare and surreal but fucking awesome at the same time.
THis game was great because it was well thought out. Instant wins for pointless random battles, the criticals and missed attacks could make a LOT of fights go either way if your characters where at just the right level. A lot of the bosses were funny to like M. T. Pockets and the cult people. I don't remember much of the gigas fight, but it was crazy.

Gun Valkryies last boss was crazy too, you had to boost all over to stay up with him. YOu could have been a sub par booster through out the game to get too him, but you had to be competent to beat him. And he was a giant fetus with wings, wtf?

The Snake--THing used thunderbolt... your thinking of the Spiders w/ Female heads [Arachene or something?].... they just used quake so with float on the only damage you would take is if the Conjurer decided to spend a round and attack your party.

Oh yeah, (KH1), Sephiroths Omnislash is easy to evade if you use Sonic Rush, you're invincible during the move so if you got MP, spam it in the later half of the fight.

This dude, aka Ugh-Zan. He's the end guy for Serious Sam 1, and he was nearly invincible. You had to lure him in the middle of this huge room and activate switches on all 4 sides to zap him with a laser. Even that wasn't enough to finish him; you had to fire at him while he was being zapped or else he'd just laugh and regen to 100%. He was also 50x taller than your character; this is him in his introduction cutscene:
