He is right though. Our linkshell does have a lockdown on Cerberus. I think there have been about 3 kills since ToAU came out that weren't ours, and none of them dropped Algols.

I love when people hop on a podium of self-righteous bullshit when another makes a very valid complaint about the actions taken against players in terms of alternatives as a whole.

Obviously, the drop rate is laughable enough that a lto of people will still be doing this by the time the next update is around. Obviously, homam and byakko's pants are still better. Obviously all this did was put this crap which is for all intents and purposes sub-par compared to other items (which is perfectly fine considering it requires so little time and manpower investment compared to the other 2) into the realm of lucking out with maybe 2 a month if you go at it every day. SE fucked up, no amount of "well obviously you dont douche with your pinky up" really changes that.

I'm not sure if you are refering to ToAU update or ToAU itself because there have been way more then 3 cerb kills by other LS's and a few Algols have dropped to them.

Yes of course I know about the registration server maintenance notice that they put up every month. My point is that this is the first time, in my memory, that they put a specific note on the main page about billing, IN ADDITION TO the normal registration server maintenance notice. If you check the history of the general posts board here:
