He is right though. Our linkshell does have a lockdown on Cerberus. I think there have been about 3 kills since ToAU came out that weren't ours, and none of them dropped Algols.
Algols for Mannequins?
Even after people get the Barbarossa's Zerehs they will still going to want Byakko's Haidate if they can equip them.Originally Posted by miokomioko
I think we have one or two WARs without the sword. After that, freelot or sell. We've already sold an Algol too about a month ago to some JP.Originally Posted by Sidanoir

Obviously, the drop rate is laughable enough that a lto of people will still be doing this by the time the next update is around. Obviously, homam and byakko's pants are still better. Obviously all this did was put this crap which is for all intents and purposes sub-par compared to other items (which is perfectly fine considering it requires so little time and manpower investment compared to the other 2) into the realm of lucking out with maybe 2 a month if you go at it every day. SE fucked up, no amount of "well obviously you dont douche with your pinky up" really changes that.
I'm not sure if you are refering to ToAU update or ToAU itself because there have been way more then 3 cerb kills by other LS's and a few Algols have dropped to them.Originally Posted by Jeryhn
I'd say I care, but the shit is weaker than B Pants. I stopped caring about these pants at that point. So nerf away SE =D
..Honestly, you should be happy they didn't make it once a week.
Seriously, think about it.
stop being bitches and camp Ulli :D

Edit: For anyone that doesn't want to scroll down, SE then did this as an additional update:
[/quote:2acc6][Important Update Details]
- Requirement to receive the "Ashu Talif" related quests has been changed. You are now asked to wait for 1 earth day (past 8:00PDT) in order to receive another related quest.
So that explains it. . .
Oddly enough, shortly (4 hours) after the original update notices, they also did the following:
Now tell me.... who the hell is this message for? Are there actually legions of new people that come in every month that need to understand this? The concensus here certainly doesn't seem to indicate that. And if there aren't new people coming in, then is SE basically saying:Billing Reminder to PlayOnline Users
Thank you for your continued use of PlayOnline service.
We would like to remind all of you that the registration server maintenance will be held in the near future.
Please be advised that you will not be able to register or unsubscribe PlayOnline accounts, review or update your member information, or review, purchase, cancel, or reactivate Content IDs during the maintenance period.
You may also be disconnected from PlayOnline services during the maintenance if there is a problem with your payment method. To avoid this, please complete all necessary billing changes in advance.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
"Hey moron, remember that at the end of this month I take your money! Oh and there's nothing you can do about it since the servers are down! Oh right, enjoy the game! -snicker-"
Unless SE is having massive problems collecting their cash (which is possible, if people are quitting left and right and contesting charges, I suppose) then I can't help but think this is insulting and useless that they would think they'd have to tell 2-3 year veterans of the game this.
Note to SE: Yes I know you take my money. I am an addict and you are the crack dealer. Shut the fuck up about it.
Seconded!Originally Posted by shieldsofwindurst
You realize they auto-send this message about this time every month, right?Originally Posted by shieldsofwindurst
Yes of course I know about the registration server maintenance notice that they put up every month. My point is that this is the first time, in my memory, that they put a specific note on the main page about billing, IN ADDITION TO the normal registration server maintenance notice. If you check the history of the general posts board here:Originally Posted by Xanthu

You'll see that this one is the first of it's kind, at least as far back as the history lets you go (and trust me, it's always been embedded in the registration server maintenance message).
