and here's a video of my character up close! I got PSu on max and with fraps it soorta slowed down, but still playable, might make a recording of boss fights with it.

The video was encoded using 3ivx video codec

you can...

1 hold shift and use arrow keys to move camera around or...
2. stand near a wall and put your camera up on it, soorta like how you would on ffxi to get a closeup of naked mithra mules at AH

Ohh.. I know of the shift and arrow keys but I was hoping for something like FFXI's zoom. Thanks though!

Okay! So I finally finished downloading the thing, and it actually looks pretty fun. I did the tutorials and all and I was out trying to do some newbie mission on my own. I really have no idea what I'm doing at all. A few questions for those of you that are the veterans so far:

1) Is the server thing static? I was surprised you can just change "Universes" whenever you want to. Idk yet if there's some way to locate your buddies in game and what Universe they're in, but it's pretty nifty.

2) This seems like a major problem, but so far whenever I have my weapons out.. in the tutorial mission and the one I started on a minute ago.. my game slows down? The frame rate is fine, but it's as if my character is running through molasses, like it's in slow-motion. It doesn't feel like it's supposed to be that way. >.> And I can't figure out what it is that's causing it. I had the graphics set up on High and I guess I'll turn them down, but everything else runs perfectly fine.

3) Does this game not support widescreen? The only resolutions in the config are normal, nothing for a widescreen monitor. It's disorienting playing it in 1280 x 1024 windowed after playing FFXI full screen at 1680 x 1050 or whatever for so long. xD

Not sure about 1 and 2, but I read on the official PSU forums this morning that PSU currently does NOT support widescreen.

XBOX and pc/ps2 people are seperate servers compleatly. you can jump around servers any time though (like pc and ps2 people can meet each other jump serevrs but won't see Xbox360 people)
I dunno if "your store" can be seen by all servers, my shop is on server 03, someone wanna see if they can see "Gulkeeva" store on the video phone from another server? I'm curious XD

theres a "do motions by cpu or graphics card" in options, try switching it around see if it helps, if not you need to upgrade
although cpu tends to slowdown even at amd 4800 with over 60? people onscreen emoting talking moving etc
