InuYasha series finale- WTF?

I haven't watched Inuyasha in awhile because I lost interest in it but.. how come naraku keeps fucking coming back to life? By now I would of thought the creator would of killed him off episodes ago and start a newer 'omg wtf cant kill me' enemy but thats expected for an anime that wants to keep going for as long as it can.

Krandor: Yes, AS is going to keep milking it for a long time.

As for why Naraku, I think it's just part of how Takahashi writes (the manga author). All of her popular, long-running stuff basically follows the same patter. Introduce a bunch of characters and develop the premise a little, but not enough to require a conclusion. Then keep it going for a few years until the fanbase gets bored and leaves.

For comparison, she also did:
Urusei Yatsura (manga 9 years, 18 volumes, series 4 years, 195 episodes)
Ranma 1/2 (manga 9 years, 38 volumes, series ~3 years, 161 episodes)
Maison Ikkoku(manga 6 years, 10 volumes, series 2 years, 96 episodes)

Seriously, death note's probably the best manga I've seen. It goes downhill a bit after the first 2 or 3 arcs is all. I only read the first volume of D Gray Man, but I liked the premise and stuff.

Am I the only one completely disapointed by the FMA anime ending? I mean I get the whole tragic thing and all, and expected it that way, but far too many things just happened to piss me off. Honestly if the series had ended with Ed atoning for his sin and passing through the gate to allow Al to live, that would have been fine. However the whole bit about traveling through the gate and all just happend to tic me off. Not to mention the general changes of the series that deviated totally from the manga. Regardless of that though, I loved the anime til the end so meh. I just feel that if you really like FMA, just read the manga >_>;

i agree, I honestly hated how it ended and I wasn't a fan of the movie either...I hated how that ended too. I didn't even know what happened to everyone else in Ed and Al's old world, so I was completely itching for more on them. I had always been following the RoyXRiza love line, it was adorable! Then in the manga if I remember right, Edward liked Winry and Winry liked Ed.I was really disappointed when nothing insanly amazing happened between them. A little comfort for each other, hugging here and there but nothing major. It completely pissed me off -_- I LOVED the anime, it's still my favorite, but...I just didn't like some of the stuff they did with it.
