Chaotic Earring Latent known yet?

I've yet to see a single post where someone actually obtained the damn thing and tested the latent.

If the Divisor Ring works at 75 give us a SS and tell us where it comes from. I want two of them last week.

My prediciton: some people have found it, tested the latent and realized that the ring kicks huge ass (usable at 75). They're keeping quiet to hoard a shitload of rings before the secret gets out and sell them for 20mil a pop.
