This has been bugging me for a while now, everytime i play campaign, i notice i ALWAYS Lot items for 600 and less while japanese spray numbers from 500-999 constantly.
Is it just me or does it feel like the game is somewhat programmed to recognise JP players and give them better chances at items, only times ive ever had any luck was in campaign when only NA players were on which at that id lot around 600-999.

Whenever i play during my day time.. which is mostly japanese on campaign etc they always get the high lot, i just did 5 battles in a row and didnt even get a single drop or lot over 572.
And i very often got a few double digits.
Which i find very unfair as i am usually doing the best damage in campaign (Considering no one can get hate off me when im just using regular attacks..)
I get a lot of killing blows on the enemys and generally a lot of exp overall. But i always lot for crap against them, as harsh as bad as their damage is (such as a gimp jp RNG/DNC in full Melee DD gear going around meleeing instead of ranging)

So what's everyone else's take on this.. Are square-enix Japanese elitists or is this coincidence?

Obviously you should go download the jp version of pol, and use that instead! And just to be safe, get a jp proxy as well.

PLD in my LS refuses to blink in/out of gear (cure cheats, PDT, MDT, Flash etc) because people can't target him and stuff. He's an idiot lol. Thinks he's a great PLD because he never dies (if shit goes badly lol) but he never has hate in the first place.
