It's possible they changed the mechanics some over the years. I remember when numbers were visible, like every 10 posts nothing happened with rates, I'd always seem to go down .01 since I'd go through my post history now and then just to check up on threads I maybe forgot about. For all I know, someone could've been finding my old shit and being naughty, but I also thought they had something set up where rates on posts X days old (At least 30 days) don't count toward your total.

Every single post counts. Unless your post/rate count is very low, a single rate up/down is unlikely you bring you up by .01, and it didn't display any decimals after that, except for admins.

All rates count, but you can't rate posts older than a month.

Just to play a little Devil's Advocate, how different is the mentality of someone that pays for a subscription to Zam compared to someone that donates to BG?

The donation thinger is all handled through the SonoRagns-mobile, so people don't get any kind of indication on their account that says like "I paypal'd $5 for Fuck-or-Duck" or anything. Custom titles might show it, like you have "Let's go Red Sox!", but that either tells me you donated and specifically requested a shiny title, or an admin decided to be nice. In this discussion alone there's Nightfyre and rog, both of whom are sporting custom titles from me, one was for laughs, the other for laughs and mostly to cut out the comments every fucking time he posted a screenshot.

I believe premium users on alla still have some kind of indicator (didn't they used to say Premium User under their names?), but maybe mods/admins over there pay about as much attention to that as I would, so never mind.

I dare say that if you didn't care, you wouldn't have brought it up. Believe it or not, sometimes there are people with dissenting opinions that aren't sitting in the sub-default basement. Could it be presentation? Could it be a degree of majorities? I dunno, but to be honest, what do you have to benefit from being a dick other than possibly hinting at personal frustration or playing the troll card? I had a stack of these little codes from when I worked at Gamestop that gave premium access for a week or so on the Alla forums.

I might still have them somewhere in FL if I didn't (or my mom hasn't) thrown them away.

If the former good job, if the latter I think you need to step away from alla for awhile because it's rotting your brain. A lot of your alla posts from the links you are posting I found to be retarded/waste of time, assuming you're princess, generally unlike what you post on bg which leads me to believe you actually are trolling.(hopefully)
