(450(1.25)(1.23)) =691 attack
(462(1.25)(1.23)) =710 attack
19/691=2.74% increase in attack, 60% of the time=1.644% increase in overall damage (60WS:40Melee ratio). 1.23 If using Red curry (buns), the most attack additive food there is. If not using curry, then this number is less and Byrnie+1 is less useful; 1.25 approximation for Berserk. I can't really quantify the difference in damage that 19 attack will have on YGK, but I can assure you that it's not a gamebreaking number.
Sponsoring 6 windurst/sandy runs should net 300 coins per run minimum:
6*300=1800 coins/17,800=10.11% of the total coins needed for Amano. This is assuming that you can even sponsor dynamis runs, and assuming that the relic isn't shell-funded. Literally talking 19~ increase in attack overall during YGK post-buffs, assuming that I did the math right, and I think I did, Vs 10% of the coins needed for Amano. Also the number 3 was a very vague number, and this is really only applicable for anything that you /WAR to and not /THF. I'm not entirely sure how /WAR does versus /THF on Ixion in particular, but /THF has quite a high damage output, so not sure why people assume that it's so laughable, especially since /WAR you don't get to utilize overwhelm. Khim and Cerb also have low defense compared to Nidhogg/Tiamat/JoL, as does Ixion, so I'm not entirely sure Yarko's testing can be considered 100% accurate in that regard.
It's late and I'm half asleep but I think the numbers are right, and that being said, justifying Byrnie+1 for YGK is pretty dumb considering that you can use the gil from it in far more productive ways and then buy it back afterwards. There are a lot of assumptions made, but none of which are related to the fact that 19 attack during YGK is not worth 3,000,000 gil unless you have every single thing imaginable, including Amano. (And if you had Amano, this would be an extremely moot point anyway, seeing as how you'd nearly never use YGK with it unless hoping for a DA.)
