I'm getting that same error too, but I definately have money in my account so thats not the problem. What the hell is going on?

A friend called SE and they told him to renew his payment info, and that's what I did too, It worked like a charm, good luck to all of you!

I've done that and still not working... Anyone else having this problem that found a different way to fix it?

I got mine fixed, i had to redo the payment info and then reactivate the content ID's
