I'm kinda sad they left it open for a second season.

I thought the first season of sleeper cell was halfway decent. Just got finished watching the whole second season of it and it is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Boring overall story, can't remember a single character from the second season. Every episode is 50 minutes of fluff with 2 minutes of the real story at the end. Last episode (only 8 total) is just stupid with the whole revenge angle. And they still left it open for a 3rd season. Just let it die.

Hope the same thing won't happen with Dexter with a second season. Since Dexter was based on the book, does this season cover the entire book? And are there more books about it?

Fantastic episode. Man, how shocking was it how he just cut his throat all quick like that. It was so weird, they actually managed to make you feel like Dexter and why it really was a hard thing for him to do.

I totally agree, the finale was absolutely awesome. That scene where he kills his brother was one of the few times I have been truly sad while watching a TV show or movie. Good shit d('.'*)

After reading this thread I decided to check if any Canadian channels have this. I only found one but it was so far behind the showtime season it wasnt even funny. So I downloaded the remaining season instead and wow great series. Too bad they only signed on for 12 episodes, hopefully they will make another season because this one was great.
