technically, this is true, tarantulas will not attack unless defending, can bite and not inject venom, they dont make hanging webs and keep to themselves, when found, they speak with the voice of james earl jones and kindly ask people to pick them up and move them to a spot where they may exist in solitude, they tip well, bow to the ladys, and are the only spider that birds generally attempt to ignore because they can hunt them*

(*I might be wrong on some of this and/or be making some of it up, but I owned a tarantula once and kinda liked her)

lmao, I found one the other day near my house and it walked onto my hand without concern. Lots of scorpions where I live too, theyre pretty chill, even if you fuck with em they dont sting you unless you're like about to rip their limbs off.
