Terrorga happens at 80 > 60 > 40 > 20% HP. It's predictable and should be incorporated in most people's strategy. o.ob People like to derail when something when someone claims something obviously untrue.

We used 2 BLU/SAM and a SAM to pump out 3-4 SCs per landing our last Ouryu. Most of the dmg comes from the blms MB off the SC.

Use SAMs. Their acc is based on 1 factor, not two. BLU spells can hit or miss and take effect or not take effect. SAM is just hit or miss.

Blu creating sc relies entirely on physical accuracy, there aren't two factors. When the spell misses you get a "fails to take effect" message rather than "misses" message but it's the same exact thing. Sams would probably be better because they can sc more often, but not because blu is somehow inaccurate.
