FFXI and Alcohol

You're a better man than me. I tried leveling BST while high. I literally went from a couple hundred TNL to delvl. Then i decided I was better off logging out and watching the hitchhikers guide to the galaxe while eating a whole box of pop tarts.

I'm leaning twoards the latter. I know several people who only or prefer to play while high, and there is no noticible difference in performance. Oddly enough, I find I play RDM best when I am high, mostly because I am really zoned in and focused on what I am doing and I don't want to mess up. I can see how it could be bad for people that don't smoke that often tho, heh.

bad is an understatement. im completely incapable of doing anything besides eating and laughing while high. weed hits me like 6 shots of tequila hits a 16 year old girl (ah those were the days......).

Yeah the more often you smoke the less it effects you. Last time I played FFXI I was high and playing my lowbie NIN actually lol. Was windower 2 boxing though, which lags my main like a bitch. I don't notice a huge difference in motor skills when high like when I am drunk.

Last time I played high, I decided it would be a good idea to walk from Bastok to Ro'Maeve for Shiki, with about 10 minutes until window. Needless to say, I didn't make it. I got distracted and forgot why I was running halfway through Gustaberg, I think I made it to Dem before they told me it had already popped, died, and didn't drop, and then I somehow wound up in Gustav...

no but i used to drink with them when i was a young'un. although now that ive re-read that.... it does sound like i was once a chick.... oh well, let the hilarity ensue.

i remember i was farming saruta cotton back in the day when i made shinobi tabi for profit. i was pretty stoned. widescanning in tahrongi and i found that nm dhalmel. i was stoked! an NM! so i kill it and get a drop.. i check in inventory and it was fuckin trash. so i drop it, and a couple other crap drops from farming and i dropped a full stack of tabi that i just made..

i was devastated..
