when my friend got cap recently he had cor and blu 75 before he would take drg and smn from 60 to 75... no idea why. He didn't do the gimp 66 crap either. Although I dont think he plays anymore at all now, he dissapeared about 2 weeks after getting it lol. Big ol' fuckpup i guess.

my Q : What is the fight vs Maat like for the cap? Or is there a fight? I heared he has your Mainjob/Subjob, but both at 75 and he can use both 2hours/abilities etc.
