there's another way to get soul powders. Steal them from Vorres in Necrohol of Nabudis. If you have started the trophys quest, you can only kill it once though, so steal it from it, then zone, steal again until you have 3 powders.

I'm trying to get souls of thamasa. I've camped ishteen and tried to kill oversouls. I cant get ishteen to pop and there just arent enough oversouls to farm. Any tips?

I believe so, one from every zone that it can actually pop in, so far ive seen it in Nabreus, Sochen, and Stilshrine i think ;o

You can steal feystones from elementals and entites

You can also steal them from Bangaa Thieves in Cerobi Steppe(I think that's the right place) I've only ever stolen two from them though >_>

With the grimoire, you just gotta do rounds through the necrohol. I got 2 in one round. Just takes some patienece. Maybe you'll even get the grand armor from the horse NM thingy

Last time I hit the necrohol I only saw 3 oversouls, I seem to remember a lot more when my characters were lower (and necrofiends popping after them) do these mobs have a special condition for popping like characters need critical hp? I noticed on the hard side of Henne mines I could see the ghosts floating around but they were translucent and non-targetable, and they didn't aggro (until some random thing occurred)

I think that might be part of it. When I was trying to pop Deathscythe (oversoul-like mob in Necrohol) the way I did it was unequip weapons on all 3 guys and take out my healing gambits so I didn't self-heal. When Basch hit like 500hp Deathscythe appeared. But I've gone to hunt for the Grand Armor so I have a few Souls saved up.

I just got a High Arcana off the Larva Eater NM which drops the Danjuro (best dagger) 1/4 on High Arcana, 0/4 on dagger -.-;

So anyone know of a good place to farm feystones? I cant find a place with a good amount of eles that consistently pop...

If you're powerleveling yourself in Nabreus in that spot suggested in the Power-leveling guide, steal them from the Entite that spawns just south of the save crystal. I got 3 of them in like 3 minutes before I decided to go on and level.

Yeah I figured that place out like 30 mins after I posted. Now, where might I procure the snakeskins? I searched all around giza during the dry and couldnt find any snakes... I'm guessing it was a mistake and it should be the rains correct?

No they appear in the dry but they pop underground and jump out. I went to search but only found one, they seemed a lot more common when I went there in the beginning of the game, no clue why.

For the snake in Giza, its in the south part of the west area right next to the zoneline for the south-west area. I was able to steal a snake skin from it as well as get one to drop so i got 4 snakeskins in about 2 minutes.
