Why do I get this horrid feeling that Flux bases all of his arguments off experiences like this. >.>

I would say day/weather effects do play a part in magic accuracy. Take for instance the elemental obis, which increase accuracy and potency of magic when the effects are in place.

On the potency of enfeebles, no. Elemental staves more or less add the same effect (elemental-specific accuracy) and they themselves do not boost potency.

Slow II will get the same result with about 60 less MND.
Based on the chart that you posted 35 mnd is already beating hojo. Dunno where you're getting 40-50 from.

The bottem axis is how much more MND you have than the mob. A VT/IT or HNM mob is probably going to be beating you in MND. To get 35 more MND than the mob you probably need +40 to +50 in gear.

An hnm probably will. But most vt/it should have similar mnd to players. Level 81 decorative weapon has 73 vit, and wars have higher vit than mnd. For casters, you're probably right.

I saw a pld demon in dynamis do an unresisted cure4 for iforgethowmuch points, 380something, at the time I did a cure with mind equips to match that same number, and found that I needed 110~ mind to match that cure4... so I'm assuming a dynamis pld demon has about that much mnd, just to have a ballpark number
