3 can easily do it. Done it a few times with 3 smn, just takes longer as you have less Garuda's doing Claws. Never any danger.

2 might be tricky, it all depends on his use of breath moves, He definately has TP-regen ala Fafnir. He spams breath constantly, and if he uses the insta-death breath (I forget its name) 2 times in a row, you might find yourself in mid-cast or just finishing cast with all the hate on you.
