you said stacking after. stacking elite gear isn't 1-2 acc, it's adding more and more so you have like 10-15 extra. need to be more specific. not sure where i "flamed", just put out my opinion.

1-2 acc is not a big differnece. 4 items with 1-2 more acc then normal is a solid differnece.

feint goes a long way on DL, or any zerged fight for that matter.

For sure, it's really the only reason I take THF to DL over DRK, I don't think anyone else in my LS has Feint unlocked >_>

Melee damage > BLM damage on DL, collective damage from a MNK or RNG will outparse the shit out of BLM damage now, the highest collective damage i saw on DL from my LS was like 8,600 way before the magic update...now i think you'd be lucky to hit 4,000 with BLM nukes...

eh, no. I agree most well geared melee will beat BLMs, but seriously, a good BLM can easily drop 10k damage. Where as only the best melee will hit those marks. Most of my nukes hit for about 900-1,100 and I can easily get in 11-12 nukes with MP and 2hr. Only about 3-4 of those will be resisted badly usually.

Obviously KClub, Ridill and such can achieve crazy numbers, but my LS has none of that. We stack up RNGs, MNK/drks, BLMs and WARs. Those are the best forms of damage you can get w/o the "leet" gear. We sometimes have a DRK who can snag a KClub tho (which makes DL even more of a joke).

Either your melee sucks, or it's your ls. As BLM on DL, it's dead before my mana pool is empty, or i use 2h for like 1 nuke, and i'm elvaan. And yes, elite gear does make a difference...lol
Andy any Kraken DRK, or MNK/DRK does 10k on DL, it's not an accomplishment.

If you can't MP dump and 2HR in the 1m and some or w/e it takes to kill him, you seriously fail as a BLM. The longest nukes take like 9s to cast(AM2). My LS might take a little longer to kill with no ridills and only one kraken but we still kill it. We definately don't suck, sounds like you need to learn how to nuke a little faster tho.

I didn't say top gear doesn't help, I only said that 1-2 acc isn't the difference between hitting a WS and totally missing it. Which is what he said twice. Thanks for actually reading.

D lord is just unbeatable sometimes....or close to it..this matters a lot more with lower numbers say 36 or less...if he is being gay with resists or getting off TP due to his stun resists.....although most people wont survive oblivion smash anyway if 2-3 of them hit the main ally at once.

I would take RNG, MNK, DRK with kraken over a BLM For d lord...usually have ppl switch jobs after wall of eyes pull if needed

Ive seen times when ever nuke is resisted...and he gets off gay TP like smash..and other times he takes it like a champ and dies without much problems

We raped Animated Horn with 28...

Horn is really easy, i was able to sleep the satellites as WHM/BLM with ES

did it with 25 i think, maybe less

With the magic resist changes, if you go with more than 6blm you will probably start to see the resistance build up. Usually when we have more blm than that we have them come on different jobs.

As far as melee, if you have enough whm, put 1 whm on each mnk/drk and the damage boost if very big compared to mnk/war.
