I tried talking to an IGE guy but he wasn't very chatty. He just used macros mostly and ignored me.

Last time I tried was for someone whose account got stolen and put on IGE. The chat representative was all nice and answered my inane questions about the weather and such.

Elmer you make me laugh but i guess their customer support gets a lot of harassment from angry players (like you XP) and is probably outsourced to India.

um, they have been doing a banning every month and uh.. there is like a holiday pretty much every month.

Kuftal is still flooded, Sky is still flooded, and our gilsellers just killed their 3rd Tiamat in a row, all attemps to MPK them just led to me getting jailed and other players getting warned.

The banning definitely screwed up their stockpiles of money. Even on Asura all the gil is out of stock.

However, I am seeing the return of GS on Gilgamesh as well. I still think it was a good effort considering this "task force" is relatively new. I'm staying optimistic for now. :D
