Wow, you have managed to achieve this level of drippiness in 28 posts. I am truly impressed.Originally Posted by TB

Just because it's made of a shitload of white stuff doesn't mean it's exactly the same.
The architecture and the cerment itself is actually very different, whereas sky is Delkfutt with switches, more arcana, and no beastmen.
Besides, it's not as if people look at Sacrarium and immediately think of Garlaige or Bostaunieux even though it's exactly the same template.
The only reason Sacrarium and Phomiuna look so much alike is because they are actually the same area, only different portions of it.
If you wanna talk about unoriginality, we'll talk about the item development team, not the level designers.
In the last couple of Expansions, they are one of the few groups within the Dev team that have not failed to impress.
EDIT: http://www.geocities.jp/bonetosale/EwhModel2.zip
and did anyone look at the remnant areas? (if they're even added yet?) i'd imagine they are since theres maps and the circuit was added.
i tried to get it running but the program won't open... i found a thread discussing the error at http://www.ffxionline.com/forums/dat...-ewhmodel.html
i installed japanese language on my computer and the files show up in japanese, but it still won't run. i'm not familiar with touching my registry, so i anyone knows how to do it, lemme know!
This is old, but perhaps it's worth revisiting as the scheduled release for the chocobo circuit was Oct to Dec of 06. *Looks at calender* And with news of the Dec Update trickling out, we might see this implemented, but more likely this'll get pushed to a later update.

woot, betting tables
My chocobo fails and needs to learn abilities >
Anyways, im guessing this is going to be yet another gil sink...in already dead economy that has me kind of worried..there is far too little gil coming in....people just don't seem to have gil anymore....at least on my server...unless SE wakes up and realizes that 100 gil for delivering messages when it costs 1K per ride on the Chocobo you spent 1M gil raising isn't a good reward...
Despite my worries about even more gil leaving the game, looks cool! lolMarioKart? I wonder if the abilities are overpowered, cause my Choco fails and has none /emo!
What do you mean, far too little gil? Back when WAR was my only job, and I bought hauberk for 2 mil and Juggernaut for 3 mil (and SH and vermy were also 2 mil), nobody complained about the economy. There were also no RMTs. I used to mine with no competition, and do strange apparatuses for my income. Then Juggernaut skyrocketed to 70 mil, SH to 12 mil, RMT infested the mines, and the Strange Apparatus market crashed. People started complaining.Originally Posted by Sidanoir
Now its almost back to where it used to be (still slightly more expensive), and people are complaining.
People are only complaining because they got used to the prices of the last couple years... not because there's actually something wrong with the economy.
Back then there was also far less gil sinks than there are now, although I suppose you could argue the gil in game was inflated by duping or whatever...
The economy isn't as healthy to me when you have like 40 siren's hairs and 15 divine logs on AH..prices keep falling and no one is buying as an example...
100,000G a week for limbus...then you have dynamis
You also have Chocobo + OP expenses...it would be interesting if someone kept track of how much gil left the game a week per person...Im willing to guess its close to 200,000G assuming they play everyday...show me where 200,000G enters the game per person.....the economy is stabilizing sure and its nice things are afforable again, but I get the impression the game is running out of gil, evidenced by stuff that used to sell more often at whatever price....although you could argue most people have the important dusk gear and cursed pieces etc. by now so it could be a combination...but the way it is now I don't see how the economy is going to stabilize if the amount of free gil dwindles to nothing...the insane inflation was largely due to duping I would imagine..as there is no way that amount of gil could have entered the economy a legit way.
I remember saying the same thing back in Dec '05. Except the difference was I added in: "How is the server affording to pay 100,000g each to sell all of those O, Kotes, D. logs, SHs, Haubergeons, etc etc etc"show me where 200,000G enters the game per person.....the economy is stabilizing sure and its nice things are afforable again, but I get the impression the game is running out of gil
If you actually consider how much gil you spend per day that goes back to the server (including AH purchases as well, airships, etc) I'm not surprised the economy is failing.
Next time you ride the airship, go see how many gobbie kills it takes to pay for that gil fee. Next time you put that item on the AH with a 10000g fee, there went your Sandy Rank4 mission reward. On your next Limbus run, realize that you'd have to be part of roughly 30 Cerberus kills (full alliance) to pay that. Hell, I'm going to pay that by turning in 700 bastore sardines to the taru near the fishing guild in windurst.
I make more money NPCing dark crystals than selling a stack on the AH. The money just flows in.
They sell for what 30G to vendor?Originally Posted by Janice
I dunno maybe its just me and other people don't notice it but between limbus ah fees op etc. etc. seems to be a lot of gil leaving game and very little coming in..
Although I guess a Bhaf Thicket exp pt on Mamool Ja might bring in ...I dunno 5,000 new gil/ hour per person?
Im sure SE tracks this kind of stuff and would be interesting to see the net gil gained/loss per player and per server each day
80 gil to vendor.
I always thought it was 15.
Time to start saving all those stacks of Wind Crystals I've been tossing.
