There is so little red compared to the massive amount of background there is. There is more background than actual picture. There is no comparison.

And it's easy to set the background of the model viewer to black, yet people intentionally change the background to suit their view.

"Which color do you like more, blue or purple?" since that's how people are stretching their logic to deny that adaberk is either blue or purple.

Again it's all about how you see shades of stuff, it's obviously somewhere in between blue and purple and even more obviously, intended to be a color unique to some fairly high level gear. You don't see such stand-out-colors on other gear and as such it is a disservice to refer to it as simply as 'zomg blue' or 'zomg purple.'
