Not to stir up the hornets nest but... Try looking at JUST the center piece (which is cloth, gee prolly uses the rainbow thread) vs the outer metallic pieces, esp. the shoulders(adaman ore anyone).

To me, the center is clearly more purple while the shoulders are definitely more blue. Overall, its purple and has been purple since I knew wtf it was.

i blame most men being affected with color blindness and the general attitude that some things cant be mixed, its one way or the other (anything especially that makes them look gay rofl, like light red OH NOES ITS PINK CANT HAVE THAT lol)

Purple. Even if you could somehow convince me that everything except this particular item shows up the correct color, the armor is not indigo using the color swatch you just posted. Yes, indigo is blue, but the armor is not indigo.

As for bolding that part, it says in the same sentence that violent is different from purple, but that doesn't make it blue.

It's purple. When you invert the color, you clearly see that it is more yellow than orange. Yellow is the opposite of purple. Orange is the opposite of blue. COLOR BLINDNESS IS ALSO AN ISSUE...

Alright, the answer is neither. Instead of arguing how about you accept that the piece isn't even one color througout?

For the sake of material argument you could say the harder looking pieces like the shoulder-pads (which look solid) are made of adaman, while the clothy front part could be made of the rainbow thread and have a purple hue.

The other issue is that people who are colorblind will likely see it as all blue. I would imagine that their inability to decipher red would make purple come out as a muddied blue.

technically there's no such thing as blue/purple colorblindness. Doctors don't recognize it as an affliction. There's 2 types of red/green colorblindness and a type of blue/yellow colorblindness.

With that said, I'm red/green colorblind and I can at least tell the front panel has two shades of colors, lighter on the inside, darker on the outside (unless this is some weird shading thing, and it's supposed to be the same color), both look like shades blue to me.
