-- "you can stop now" title on Blast Corps (platinum medal on all boards). it was way back but I remember some of the space levels being the last ones that gave me the most trouble

-- all endings all char **lv on chrono trigger

-- not really that hard but all gold medals on the firing range in Perfect Dark

Straight A's on Gitaroo Man and no misses on 3 levels, including Resurrection, on Master's Play of course. Still missed out on S Ranks though D:
