The way they have worded the update leads me to believe that accuracy on Quick Draw may become an issue now (IE, not 100% accuracy). Otherwise, how could Agility possibly affect accuracy?

It kind of makes sense, a 100% accuracy sleep/dispel would be incredibly overpowered.

but the only ones i can come up with are Wild Carrot from the bunnies in uleguerand range, Blank Stare from opos and Dispelling Wind from wyverns

edit: i'm not counting White Wind cos only a besieged NM uses that and can't really count for "mid-level"

Well, job balancing might be done by then. Seems like it's taking them what, 6-8 months to get a couple of them balanced at a time? Is it really that hard?

i get annoyed when they use that in besieged and heal themselves for like 4k

I get a lot of high MP Drainkiss when I MB it. Did you try putting on Plutos by chance ? Seeing as how your TP should be 0 (OKOK 6 LOL) after the RLB that opens gravitation, wouldnt hurt.

Wamoura's heal is directly proportionate to the amount of debuffs on them I'm pretty sure. >_> At least that's how I recall when they were first released

You could also pick up Wild Carrot from the Bibiki Bay bunnies, too. Either way, it'll be nice seeing expanded places to learn BLU spells...maybe the update areas will have monsters with some of the CoP special attacks, too?
