GH1 has more of the classic rock riffs I would say, Smoke on the Water, Iron Man, stuff like that. However, I like the gameplay in GH2 better, the hammer-ons and pull-offs are easier and there is a wider variety of songs.

Also, if you happen to have a second guitar controller the multiplayer is much better on GH2. Playing co-operatively with a friend is a lot of fun.

I own both GH1 and GH2 and I pritty much play them both equally, GH2 is obviously greater though when a friend is over, with the whole co-op mentinoned above, but you need/want 2 guitars for that, and GH2 is harder once you get to hard/expert. So more play time mabye?? All in all, there both worth picking up. (still cant 5 star jordan on expert)

Best suggestion so far. Could anyone hook me up with gold? I got a toon to 33 one time but I quit, maybe I can restart and transfer him if his world is allowing transfers to the world whoever wants to hook me up with gold is on >.> I still have my 30 day free WoW trial that came with the game when I bought it. (I downloaded the game and played a 10-day trial from a friend and got 33, lolWoW is easy)

WC3 always sounded appealing but I don't wanna shell out the money for it because I'm saving up for something. Can I download it and a crack and play online? (/doubt)

(I own a Ps2 and a PC >.>. Thinking about buying a Wii then a DS when pokemon comes out. I have FFXII already and it is too fucking easy/repetitive... Berserk,Haste,Bravery, wtf pwn anything, ok gg. And bosses having 50m HP isn't hard just tedious. So I'm probably going to sell that back to EB for 30 bucks while the resell value is high.)
