I think this "everyone bots" excuse is tired old and generic. I'm 99% sure no one in eden bots, you're 100% sure someone (multiple?) people in your LS bots. Atleast EX tries to deny botting, realizing it isn't something to be proud of ("He wasn't afk, claiming took a lot out of him and he passed out after voking")

Our general lack of claims is pretty much reason I can assert us not botting. Our last 4 Nid's came off of LP, UP, UP, and EX wipes. Our other king claims are against other LSes with poor claiming history like SD. We claimed Fafnir the other day for the first time since August I think :/
My ebody and ridill were both claimed by Percy...on PS2 over a year ago when everyone can agree Aery was free of bots. Our other 2 ridills were after maintenances.

Im confident when i say my linkshell is already at that point and that even though we have few body abjurations to show for it, (3 mbody's , 3 ebody's, and 3 dalmatica's i believe is what we have), we're able to say what we got what we earned fairly...


btw body abjs sux anyways, i dont even know why people would bot over them, .. they're not even much of a status symbol anyways

I don't even want that guy in the LS tbh, but I have little say in the matter rly. Even if Ingwe left, everytime LP would get a claim on something, it'd be all "Oh Ingwe gave them his bot before he left". Don't even try to say people wouldn't be like that :\

[rant]This entire thing is quite sad, to be honest. Fingers being pointed all over the place, with nary a person willing to take any blame. Truezero's been one of the only civil posters insofar, admitting blame and explaining his outlook. I'll post my quick perspective and then get onto the issue of bots, elitist bullshit attitudes, etc.

I sincerely wasn't even aware of Ingwe's botting until the Fairy HNM community began making a stink of it. Chalk that up to designing flyers on Photoshop while I'm at camps or chalk that up to whatever the hell you please (I'm sure it'll be negative). Ingwe's someone that I've known for a decent period of time, and his use of a bot at a camp does indeed make me sad. As Truezero pointed out, he'll be reprimanded for his actions. But at the same point, I don't think it's worth us losing a player as good as he is for his error in judgment. He's catching flak from us and has been enduring it.

Okay, the bit about bots!! The wonderful thing about being largely impartial to all of this inter-linkshell drama is that I've made a good amount of friends in other "rival" HNM linkshells over the course of time. Sometimes I'm privvy to knowledge that their own LS leaders aren't aware of. If someone does something that hinges on the level of cheating, botting, hacking, I don't stop associating with them entirely, but I do make sure not to spend much time with them. A lot of blind statements are being made about the use of bots at HNM camps hardly being in use. I KNOW this to be untrue. Unfortunate that I didn't know about my own shell's botter. Then again, he never confided that information in me, as certain other players in rival linkshells have.

I'd sincerely watch your mouth when pointing your finger at other shells. I have a "friend" that bots in your shell. He's quite pleased with himself. How aware are your leaders of his actions, I wonder. I won't, as they say, put him on blast on a public forum. Neither will I make his name public, as I was sworn to secrecy. But just letting you know, you also have mud on your hands. Everyone would do well to tread lightly when it comes to placing blame on which shell has bots active at camps. I think the truth would shock even the most jaded players.

As far as Eden wiping to Cerberus, every shell wipes. Wiping due to missing a stun here and there isn't a true testament to a linkshell's prowess. Wiping to any HNM that you have no true knowledge of doesn't mean your shell sucks. It's just part of the game. Pick yourself up, change your strategy, and go at it again. We've wiped to many mobs. I've seen every HNM LS under the sun wipe to something or the other, and at no point made a negative assessment about the linkshell as a whole. Many of the mobs we fight do hinge on everyone doing their jobs well. One person messing up can take down a whole alliance. This is no way should then be used to reflect that lack of skill for a linkshell as a whole. Unless of course one of your shells has wiped to Roc, in which case I may be inclined to LOL in secret.

I'll have to apologize to anyone that flew the coop when Toth made his original post about wiping to Cerby. His viewpoint is in no way the popular consensus within Lost Paradise. I think all LS's should understand that, since we all have a few mouthy players that pipe up much to the dismay of leadership, and a larger base of good players that don't stir up any drama whatsoever. I consider myself to be part of the latter, but this thread is seriously getting out of control. If you have a problem with a player in my linskhell, then fine. If you have a problem with a linkshell that I've called home for a year and a half, then I have to intervene.

If you're still worked up about this issue, then I wholly recommend going outside, breathing in fresh air, bathing, getting dressed up, going to the club, drinking mass quantities of liquor, meeting the opposite sex (or similar sex depending on preference), goin' back to your place, doing the horizontal hokey pokey (don't forget that condom, kids), and getting a good night's rest. Come back to this thread and realize that getting butt hurt over someone's askew perspective of your shell isn't worth getting your knickers in a twist.[/rant]

lol do it, c'mon. People don't even like me for the most part and I get to hear practically everything so this should be a pretty good shocker, considering the meat of our claims were not only last year, but a large majority of everyone involved with that chunk of time have since quit. I wish this didnt sound as "BRING IT" as wording that sort of thing makes it, but rather it's not even so much that I care if he's botting, I know who is and who isn't for the most part as is, but it's surprising that no one's been put in jail for flailing in response by now.
