Correct, 'talking to' a botter will do nothing for alot of people in other shells. The majority of people (myself included) believe the only way to deal with that sort of behaviour is to kick them, regardless of how many people like them or whatever else. Public opinion of Ingwe is not gonna change in a hurry (why would it?)...but for me personally, kicking him would make alot of difference to my opinion of LP. Talking to him will not, especially as it has proved ineffective in the past.

I stand corrected on the 2/3 times. I was basing the third off of hearsay but if you say it's only twice then I'll roll with that, it doesn't really change much.

The third botting incident for ingwe people are probably referring to was his nodhogg claim when he got it solo, then allied with cognatus with other lp members who showed up later.

Was it a botted pull? No way to know since he wasnt afk when he got it (he said "lol" after winning the pull so I'm assuming he was there). But this was before any of this was posted and he was "reprimanded" so why assume differently.

Well, people kept saying he afk-claimed 3 times, I wouldn't doubt he's botted it more than 3 times if he obviously had one, that's not really debateable.

Anyway, I'd say wait and see, at least from what I know we haven't claimed in a week or so (the time's been shitty for me because of my work schedule lately, lolUPS+christmas).
