It's only in beta 3. The graphics are good, but they need to work on the animations. Come release time I'm sure it will look very good, at the least HQ crap.

Ya, totally going for this. It's not like I've got anything to lose anyway... FFXI has more RMT than honest players it seems like. At least with Vanguard I can get in and experience an untainted world for a bit, before those RMT fucks find a way to turn it into a source of income.

There's SSes from as far back as April 2004, (like 2 and a half years ago.) Anything thats been in development for that long kinda peaks my interest. Hell look at the Elder Scrolls games, possibly the longest games ever in development, and the content showed.

I don't even know why people would judge an MMO by graphics...In games like these, it's all about the gameplay. I'd settle for a classic 2D MMO if it had a lot of depth and was really fun.

MMOs will always be a bit behind in the graphics department, since they have to render a large amount of players simultaneously anyways.

I have no idea what that is, but they're switching to the unreal engine like 4ish months after release (pulled that number outta my ass, but they'll switch before a year after launch) supposed to have..unreal graphics. :D
